Painters who run this corridor.
Brighton is not the far edge of our service area. It is the middle of our route.

Painter Hotline is a house painting company serving Brighton, Colorado and the I-76 corridor. Services cover interior and exterior painting, hail-damage repaints with written documentation, new-construction repaints, cabinets, decks and fences, barns and outbuildings, and commercial and agricultural work. Fully insured, specifying Sherwin-Williams and PPG, with free estimates and a written 5-year workmanship warranty.
What we are
A painting company that runs the Brighton corridor as a route rather than as the far edge of a metro service radius. Fully insured, specifying Sherwin-Williams and PPG by name on every estimate, with a written 5-year workmanship warranty.
Why Brighton has its own site
Because the painting out here is genuinely different and nobody writes about it. Three things in particular:
Hail. Adams and Weld counties sit in the part of Colorado that sees the most frequent damaging hail, and the order of operations after a storm decides whether a claim holds up. Most painting websites do not mention it.
Open-plains exposure. There is no terrain between a west wall and the horizon. Sustained wind and unobstructed sun shorten coating life and change how exterior work gets scheduled.
Working property. A large share of addresses on this corridor have a barn, shop or metal building that residential painters decline to quote. Those are real work and they need real coatings.
How we work
- Preparation is the product. Anyone can apply color. Whether it lasts eight years or three is decided before the finish coat opens.
- Document before covering. On a hail corridor that is not optional.
- Say the hard thing early. If the siding needs replacing before paint, you hear it at the estimate.
- Write it down. Surfaces, preparation by surface, product line, sheen, coat count, schedule, terms, warranty.
- Answer the phone, during the project and after the invoice clears.
What we are not
Not public adjusters. We document hail damage and provide a scope; we do not negotiate with insurers or tell you what your policy covers, and you should be careful of any contractor who offers to.
Not the cheapest bid either. On a chalked or storm-damaged exterior the preparation is most of the labor, and a number that looks substantially lower has usually left some of it out.
How a project runs
- You call or send photos. Tell us the town, the age of the house, and whether a storm has been through.
- Assessment and written estimate. All four elevations, with any damage photographed and itemized.
- Colors, and HOA submission if needed. Samples on your actual walls; covenant paperwork prepared.
- Repair, protect and prepare. The stage that decides the outcome.
- Coat it. Inside the manufacturer’s conditions, scheduled around wind, cleaned up daily.
- You walk it. We fix anything you flag before the balance. Then five years of written coverage.

Are you based in Brighton?
We run the Brighton corridor as a core route with crews on it weekly, rather than treating it as the outer edge of a metro radius.
Are you licensed?
Colorado issues no statewide painting license. What matters is insurance, which we carry and document at the estimate, plus a written scope you can hold us to.
Do you really go out to Keenesburg and Platteville?
Yes, regularly. Those are on the route and we group projects out there into corridor trips rather than charging a travel premium.
What products do you use?
Sherwin-Williams and PPG, with the exact line and sheen named per surface on your estimate.
Will you handle my insurance claim?
No. We document damage by elevation and provide a written scope, which is useful to an adjuster, but we are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate with insurers.
Who do I call if something goes wrong?
The same number you booked with: 720-208-5645. That does not change after the invoice.

Tell us what needs painting and send a few photos. We cover Brighton and every town along the corridor, and most projects can be priced without a site visit.
